2 Weeks, 3 Pathways, One Unforgettable Experience 

This March, step into an experience designed around what you love, what you want to learn, and who you want to become. 

Hosted at North Broward Preparatory School in beautiful South Florida, the NBPS March Experience is a two-week immersive residential program where students from around the world pursue their passions, develop new skills, and become part of a vibrant international community. 

Students choose one of three distinctive pathways: Musical Theatre Intensive, International Soccer Camp, or Pre-Law & Global Advocacy Institute. Each pathway combines hands-on learning, focused skill development, and authentic experiences led by expert faculty, coaches, guest professionals, and industry leaders. 

Beyond their pathway, students experience the best of the NBPS boarding-school community and South Florida—connecting with peers from diverse backgrounds, participating in social activities, exploring the region, and creating lasting memories. 

Whether developing as a performer, athlete, advocate, or future leader, students leave with new skills, new friendships, greater confidence, and a broader sense of what is possible.

Key Information

  • Program Dates: March 5 - March 18, 2027
  • Ages: High School, Ages 14-19
  • Early Registration Programme Fee: $4,320 USD (Includes 2-week experience, housing, meals, excursions, and ground transportation) 
  • Location: North Broward Preparatory School in Coconut Creek, FL (USA)
  • Application Deadline: November 16, 2026
  • Students should have a basic working knowledge of English and be able to understand everyday instructions, participate in simple conversations, and communicate their needs. Fluency is not required; students with approximately CEFR A2 level or above should be able to participate successfully.

Musical Theater Intensive
Step into a dynamic two-week journey of creativity, collaboration, and performance. Through expert-led training in musical theatre, dance, drama, and voice, students will build their artistic skills, develop their unique creative identity, and work alongside industry professionals. The experience concludes with a showcase performance that highlights their growth and celebrates the power of the performing arts.

International Soccer Camp

  • Inter Miami CF Experience — Visit the stadium and experience a live professional soccer match.

Pre-Law and Global Advocacy Institute
Explore the worlds of law, government, and global leadership through an immersive, hands-on experience designed for future changemakers. Students will sharpen their communication, critical thinking, and advocacy skills while participating in Model UN, debating real-world issues, and presenting arguments in a federal courtroom. Along the way, they'll gain the confidence, perspective, and practical experience to lead with purpose and make an impact.

Highlights/Key Moments

  • Florida International University Model United Nations competition
  • Civil Discourse and Difficult Decisions Courtroom role play
  • Admissions visit to Florida International University and the University of Miami
  • Skill development of political argumentation, civil discourse, public speaking
  • Content instruction of law, global affairs, politics, history, economics

Typical Day:

  • Students will study relevant legal and political issues through the lens of attorneys, political scientists, historians, and economists.
  • Students will engage in these topics through robust research, debate, role plays, and position papers.
  • Students will connect with like-minded classmates as they prepare for the peak events of FIMUN and CD3. 

Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure Excursion

The last full day will be spent together enjoying Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure in Orlando, Florida. All three programs will travel together via coach bus to Orlando in the morning, enjoy a fun day at the park and return to the NBPS International Village in the evening. 

At the Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure theme parks, participants will experience the magic of their favorite movies and TV shows, enjoy thrill rides, 3-D attractions, and fun live shows.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What meals are included?
    Residential participants receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner during their stay, with meals coordinated around the program and excursion schedule. Lunch is included for current NBPS students participating in the day program. Snacks and hydration are also provided.
  • What is the food like?
    NBPS offers a variety of nutritious meals and international cuisine through Flik Dining Services. The school’s dining program includes hot entrées, salad and deli options, and choices that accommodate a range of dietary needs.
  • Can you accommodate food allergies or special dietary needs?
    Families should share food allergies and dietary requirements before arrival so the program team can review individual needs and coordinate appropriate arrangements with dining staff.
  • Are airport transfers included?
    Yes. The residential package includes scheduled arrival and departure transfers between Miami International Airport (MIA) and the NBPS campus, with airport meet-and-greet coordination. Families should coordinate flight arrangements with the program team before booking to ensure they align with the scheduled transfers.
  • How will students travel to Universal Orlando?
    Students will travel together by chartered coach bus for the day trip to Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure. Program chaperones will accompany the group. 
  • Will students be supervised during excursions?
    Yes. Dedicated chaperones will accompany students on organized excursions and support the group throughout the Orlando trip, including transportation.
  • Where will residential participants stay?
    Residential participants will stay on the NBPS campus in the International Village. This welcoming residential setting offers suite-style accommodations, typically with two students per bedroom, and shared spaces where students can relax and build friendships.
  • What amenities are available?
    The International Village includes lounges, kitchenettes, laundry facilities, study areas, and Wi-Fi. Bed linens and towels are included in the residential program, along with scheduled housekeeping.
  • Who supports students in the residence halls?
    Overnight residential staff will supervise and support participants during their campus stay. Alongside program coordinators and chaperones, they will help students settle in, follow daily routines, and feel part of the community.
