Ly holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and brings over 15 years of experience in international higher education and student counselling. Throughout her career, she has worked in university admissions, international partnerships, and university guidance, supporting students and families in making informed decisions about their academic and career pathways.
Before joining BVIS Hanoi, Ly worked with leading educational institutions in Vietnam, where she guided students through university applications to destinations including the UK, the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, and Asia. She is passionate about helping students discover their strengths, identify their aspirations, and find the university pathway that best matches their interests, abilities, and long-term goals.
As an accredited counsellor, Ly is committed to providing ethical, student-centred guidance while building strong partnerships with families and universities around the world. She believes that university preparation is about much more than applications, it is a journey of self-discovery, confidence, and personal growth.
Outside of school, Ly enjoys reading, practising calligraphy, and exploring different forms of art. She finds these creative pursuits help cultivate patience, focus, and fresh perspectives, qualities that enrich both her professional practice and personal growth. Passionate about lifelong learning, she continually seeks opportunities for professional development to better support students in an ever-changing world.
