• Currently studying Masters in International Education

Ekta is an enthusiastic and dedicated Mathematics teacher with experience teaching across Key Stages 3 to 5 in international school settings. She is passionate about making mathematics accessible and engaging, helping students build confidence while developing strong problem-solving and independent thinking skills. Alongside teaching Mathematics and Further Mathematics, Ekta has also worked closely in inclusion, developing a strong interest in supporting diverse learning needs and helping all students feel a sense of belonging in school.

Over the last 8 years, Ekta has worked across a range of international settings and values opportunities to learn from different cultures and perspectives. She holds a degree in Engineering, completed her PGCE in Secondary Mathematics at the University of Bristol, and is currently studying for a Master’s in International Education through King’s College London, with interests in intercultural education and inclusive practice. This will be her second stint in Vietnam, having previously lived and worked in Ho Chi Minh City for three years as an ESL teacher before transitioning into Mathematics education.

Outside of school, Ekta enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures through food, everyday life, and exploring new places. She enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and connecting with people and communities wherever she lives.
