The Yr10 French class enjoyed a fantastic cultural and linguistic excursion to the Paul French Bakery. After having learned about the history of the company over croissants, they used their French skills to ask all sorts of questions. They were then treated to a tour of the restaurant, the kitchens and the heart of the bakery itself where they learned about French gourmet traditions and savoir faire, all in French. This real-life experience, using their communication and comprehension skills filled our students with confidence and gave a real taste of France.
