Farewells and Thanks

Dear Parents and Families,

As we come to the close of another successful school year, I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to you all for your continued support, partnership, and trust. Working together as a school community with our PTA, Class Coordinators and wider Parent body has been key to everything we have achieved this year.

This year every member of our community has contributed to making our school such a vibrant and caring place. From our dedicated Teachers and talented Teaching and Learning Assistants, to our hardworking Administrative, Facilities, and IT teams. I am sure you will agree that each team has played a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the school and the many opportunities provided for our children.

At the heart of everything we do is our shared commitment to championing children. As Dr. Rita Pierson so powerfully said, “Every child deserves a champion, an adult who will never give up on them.” This belief underpins our work each day, and together with you, we continue to support, encourage, and inspire every child to thrive.

Finally, most importantly, we celebrate our wonderful children. They have demonstrated determination, resilience, and enthusiasm throughout the year. We are incredibly proud of their achievements and the progress they have made both academically and personally. They are the reason we do what we do, and they continue to inspire us all.

To those families who are leaving us this year, we wish you all the very best in your new adventures ahead. You will always remain part of our school community, and we thank you for the time you have spent with us.

To those returning, we look forward to welcoming you back for another exciting year of learning and growth.

Wishing you all a restful, safe, and enjoyable summer break, and all the very best for the break ahead.

Take care,

Stephen Sharma
Head of Primary

Allocations of classes, teachers and TLAs

As we plan for the next academic year, I would like to share that children’s class allocations, Teachers, and Teaching and Learning Assistants’ (TLAs) positioning in school are carefully considered through a highly complex process. Decisions made by the school focus on the needs of every child in mind, taking into account academic progress, social dynamics, wellbeing, learning styles, friendships, and staffing expertise.

We aim to foster balanced and supportive learning environments for all children. As such this process involves significant collaboration and thoughtful review from teachers and school leaders. By the end of the day tomorrow, all children will have met with their new class teacher to support a smooth and positive transition. These final allocations will then be shared with parents by email.

Please see below dates that may be of interest in the coming months, may be subject to changes.
