Alexis was born and educated in England and is from a dual nationality family where her initial interest in languages originates from. Alexis gained a BA in Spanish and French from University College London (UCL) and three years later undertook her PGCE at the same university. In between her two chapters at UCL, she worked in Hong Kong teaching English as a foreign language. She has two years experience teaching Spanish at The Greycoat Hospital in Westminster, London, a specialist language school. At BISC, her goal is to model a genuine enthusiasm for foreign languages, inspiring students to embrace the multicultural world we now live in and achieve meaningful, lasting learning outcomes. Her spare time is spent enjoying all aspects of the Arts, hiking and boxing.
